A diabetics day :)
Me: A few days ago a good friend of mine said just get over it, its easy doing injections, u have done it long enough, has anyone else had this? and has anyone else been incredibly angry when someone says this? It hurt, to think someone can think so little of what we have to deal with.... does anyone else think its easy?
Rachaell: one of my friends said that to me a long time ago (ive been diabetic 16 years) and I made them put in an infusion set (i wear a pump) and they couldn't keep it in one day.
Me: XD thats brillient, ive had it for 10 and they have only just started doing it, i havent got the pump im still on needles, 7 a day, thing is my friend has a phobia of needles she cant even look when i do it, id like to see her do it then tell me its easy. ♥
Rachaell: Shes afraid of needles and you give yourself 7 a day?!?! She needs to worship you!
Me: XD im ment to have 7 a day, :/ sadly recently i have become very bad at doing them, i just got into the habbit of not, my numbers are all over the place normaly around 30 or of the chart (england so highest reading is around 40) i do around 3 a day now, i should be in hospital but i dont like them anymore
Rachaell: I've been there, stay strong. I think talking to other diabetics has helped me start taking better. I just got my A1c down because my doctor would only prescribe me 1 bottle of insulin at a time so i had to come see her
Me: we do it differently in england, we get refill pens, not bottles, we just get a pack to use whenever, and i only have to see a doctor once a year if that, so its not well controlled im hoping talking to people will help though :) thank you

Lately my diabetes has been really effecting me, not my levels, just the fact that its destroyed me as a person, its effecting me everyday, i hate having it, I hate that i can never be normal, I keep thinking why me, That no matter what I do things will never change.
Its never effected me this badly before, I guess now, im just at my end with everything.
I dont want an incurable disease anymore,...
Im not good enough, im not worth it, im not pretty...
Im always second choice, Always.
Theres always someone that will get picked over me, no matter who it is, there is always someone they hold in higher esteem, theres always someone they would be afraid of loosing more then me.
